Have you ever wondered what it would take to become a food or travel writer? There was a time not long ago when people in America watched one of three evening news programs.  Families developed a loyal following for particular news anchors and reporters.  They wanted to hear how Walter Cronkite, Peter Jennings, Dan Rather or whomever, “delivered” the news every night.  In good times or in times of crisis, you would immediately turn to that certain station and hang on the anchor’s every word. Well, times have changed.
